About the MVT Team

The MVT team is a successful, top producing team within The Property Exchange. We'd like to take a moment to introduce ourselves as a team and as individuals and let you know how we do business. We are a full time real estate team with three Associate Brokers, two Sales Associates and a licensed assistant who is also a Sales Associate. Five of us are Cheyenne natives so we know Cheyenne, promote Cheyenne and love Wyoming! Our backgrounds range from being a successful business owner, head accountant for the State of Wyoming, quality assurance management, new home construction and remodeling, law enforcement, sales and customer service. These backgrounds give us great experience and vast knowledge in business and working with people.

Our team is successful due to our strong work ethics and expertise in our field. We truly work as a team and are fun, easy going and most importantly, we love what we do! We guarantee our clients 100% coverage; because of our team concept, we always have someone available to jump in, take over and assist you with your real estate needs. We meet weekly as a team so everyone is up-to-date on our clients and their needs. We have our own protected network of computers that we utilize to keep track of all client information, contracts and important dates so we're always aware of what's going on with any given client.

We strive to stay ahead of the game in both technology and our education. We use all current technology from email, websites, cell phone texting and Facebook in our client communication and advertising. We take many continuing education classes that allow us to remain knowledgeable and aware of current laws, lending regulations, market trends and advertising techniques.

We have an excellent reputation and working relationship with appraisers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, builders, engineers, community businesses and city and state officials and all other real estate professionals/brokerage companies. We are proud to be affiliated with The Property Exchange. TPE, founded in 1981, is an agent owned company and four of the MVT members are owners. As owners in the company, we have a vested interest in TPE's success and work diligently to protect that success. Kent Jesperson is our managing broker and one of the best in our industry. Kent takes his job personally and lends his extensive knowledge and expertise to all of his agents to ensure their success through his training and guidance.

We are all members of the Cheyenne Board of Realtors, Wyoming Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
